there’s nothing better than finding a restaurant that just blows your mind. discovered by my best gal, french food can only get lovelier at le beaulieu.

starter paté

photo 3fresh from normandie, fine de claire no. 3

photo 2burrata with heirloom tomatos

crab bisque

also off the menu, bouchot mussels in white wine

seared atlantic scallops w. organic leaves & balsamic vinaigrette

yummy crabmeat avocado salad

beautifully roasted chicken with sauteed potatoes

the remarkable slow braised veal cheeks..tenderly, the star of the night..and the gravy? oh my…

wagyu tenderloin w. seasonal vegetables and merlot red wine sauce

perfectly cooked on the inside..luv the sauté veggie on the side

australian lamb rack in red wine sauce (they also have french baby lamb which is smaller, but tender)

baked creme brulee w. mango blood orange sorbet was good enough

living up to its name, i couldn’t be more happy at this beautiful place..every dish was perfectly prepared and there’re a couple favorites to keep coming back for. a lot of menu weren’t written due to limited writing place, do ask for any particular dish you would like to eat.

thank you pinny who brought us all here.
